Dr Joanna Krzysiek, I am a graduate of Faculty of Medicine at Medical University of Łódź, and in 2015 I began my specialization on dermatology and venereology at the Department of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Dermatological Oncology in WSS Biegański Hospital in Łódź. Before my specialization I had worked as an assistant at the medical University of Łódź. I run courses for Polish and English speaking students of Medicine. I am an author of numerous scientific publications presented in both Polish and foreign magazines. I also am a co-author of many chapters of books on dermatology and venereology. For several years I have been an editor of foreign articles published in Polish magazine “Practical Dermatology”. I am a member of Polish Dermatological Society, as well as European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. I am still expanding my knowledge on new treatment possibilities by regularly attending national and international conferences, and numerous courses. In 2019 I served my foreign internship at the Dermatology Clinics of the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich, Germany, where I studied different approaches in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. For many years I have been taking part in clinical studies concerning diseases such as atopic dermatitis, plaque psoriasis, pustular psoriasis, arthritis psoriasis or lupus erythematosus. I perform laser treatment, cryotherapy, electrocoagulation, dermatoscopy of skin lesions, as well as antiaging treatments.

I am faithful to a holistic model of patient care. In my everyday practice I try to provide my patients with best possible dermatological treatment, based on state-of-the-art medical knowledge. Effectiveness of my work, and at the same time satisfaction of my patients is a source of my personal success.
